The members are admitted into the Society after complying with the relevant statutory provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 along with rules made thereunder, as well as the approved bye-laws of the Society.
Any person who is competent to contract under Section 11 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, who resides or is gainfully engaged in any occupation within the area of operation of the Society, genuinely needs the services provided by the Society, and whose interest does not conflict with the Society.
Any multi-state co-operative society or registered primary co-operative society operating in harmony with our objectives.
No person shall exercise the rights of membership unless he/she has made payments in respect of membership, acquired at least one share, and is not in default under the bye-laws.
No person shall be eligible for admission as a regular member if he/she:

Fulfilled all conditions laid down in the Act, rules & bye-laws.
Board of Directors evaluates and approves admission as regular member.
