Kulpvriksha Bahuuddeshiya Sahakari Samiti Maryadit, Khajuraho is incorporated and registered under the provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (Act 17 of 1971), holding Certificate of Registration Number DR/CTR/150396, granted on 13-05-2025.
As designated by the statutory suffix "Maryadit", the liability of the members is limited to the nominal value of the shares subscribed by them. The society is governed under the supreme regulatory supervision of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Madhya Pradesh.
In accordance with Section 11 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the M.P. Co-operative Societies Act, every regular member holds one equal vote in the general body meeting, ensuring collective ownership free from corporate dominance.
The financial accounts, balance sheets, and ledger audits of the society are verified annually by certified cooperative auditors appointed by the Cooperative Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
All enrolled regular members are entitled under the approved bye-laws to inspect the society’s audited annual accounts, bye-laws, and register of members at the registered office during standard business hours.
Any dispute touching the constitution, management, or business of the society is referred to the Deputy Registrar / Registrar of Co-operative Societies under the statutory provisions of the Act.
